Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 2025
Prescription Medication Return Restrictions
In accordance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, licensed pharmacies are prohibited from accepting returned prescription medications once they have left the custody of the facility. To protect public safety and prevent product contamination, dispensed prescription items cannot be returned for reuse, restocking, or refund once dispatched.
Fulfillment Errors, Defective Items, or Transit Damage
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or contains an incorrect medication or dosage due to a pharmacy dispensing or sorting error, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Upon verification by our pharmacy team, we will promptly send a replacement order via expedited shipping or issue a full refund to your original payment method at zero additional cost to you.
Unopened Non-Prescription Products & Order Cancellations
Non-prescription Over-the-Counter (OTC) items may be eligible for return and refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging. Additionally, prescription orders canceled prior to clinical verification and dispensing by our licensed pharmacists will receive a 100% refund.
How to Submit a Refund or Replacement Claim
To report a fulfillment error or transit damage, please contact our support desk at onlinepharmacy@pharmacies.doctor with your order identification number, details of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of any defect or damaged packaging. Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days and will reflect on your banking statement within 3–5 standard business days.
Medication Disposal Notice: Do not mail unwanted or unused prescription medications back to our facility. Please consult FDA guidelines or local drug take-back programs for safe and proper disposal options in your area.
