By accessing and utilizing the Pharmacies Doctor platform, website, and related pharmaceutical services, you consent to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with all federal and state guidelines governing online pharmacy distribution.

2. User Eligibility & Jurisdictions

To use our platforms and purchase medications, you must be a resident of the United States and at least 18 years old. We operate in strict compliance with state boards of pharmacy; as such, service availability is subject to change based on evolving regional telemedicine and prescription fulfillment regulations.

3. Prescription Policy & Clinical Checks

Several products listed in our dispensary require a valid prescription written by a licensed healthcare professional based in the USA. You must upload a copy of your prescription at checkout. No order requiring a prescription will be packaged or dispatched without the direct verification and therapeutic approval of our licensed chief pharmacists.

4. Accurate Billing & Account Details

You agree to provide true, current, and complete personal and billing information for all orders processed on our platform. Providing false identity, fabricated addresses, or invalid prescription documentation constitutes a breach of terms and will result in permanent termination of your platform privileges.
